Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Session

Tarot consultations and astrological profile mappings require active, personalized preparatory work and immediate session time. Because of this custom nature, **no refunds** will be issued once a session has been conducted.

2. Cancellation Rules

If you need to cancel your booking and require a refund:

• Cancellations requested **24 hours or more** before the scheduled time will receive a **100% refund**.
• No refunds will be granted for cancellations made *less* than 24 hours before the appointment or for "no-show" appointments.
